A very peaceful community with a great wonderful caring staff. The property small and quiet, and kept neat. The apartments are beautifully laid out, and in my opinion has a great staff. Usually The Gardens has only a staff of three consisting of The Property Manager, an assistant manager, and one maintenance man. The property is overall kept neat, and quiet mainly by the staff, occasionlly I see my nieghbors or there guests maybe drop some trash, flick a cigarette on the ground, etc.
And day after day whether they are on the clock or not I see a member of the staff picking up trash, cleaning around the dumpsters, etc. Recently the property was without a maintenance man. The remaining staff were so dependable and worked together so well, to keep all the residents happy, and maintaining the property very well. The Gardens is a wonderful place to come home to. Most of the year the cabana is decorated to reflect the current holiday or season. A lovely place to have a family get together, or a great place to simply read a book, or just gather your thoughts.
