We are so happy to have moved from the Gardens Apartments.
When we moved in- we had an elevated deposit ( with good credit ). The Neighbor upstairs who was an employee, flooded his bathroom on our third day there- as water spewed from our celling.
We had request for repairs, however- we were told that it was "normal" for the dishwasher to use the air vent on the sink to drain water from inside the dishwasher, and it was normal for it to leak.
He also told us after the Cloths Dryer's vent was " swept", it was normal for lent to be coming out of the vent, and it ment " it was working".
The Balcony's Flood during rain storms which leaves everything wet.
We were asked not to put up any kind of sun shade, which alone would have helped the issue with flooding.

Upon Move out, We were charged for normal wear and tear items such as carpet cleaning, "spot painting", and "spot cleaning" along with Blinds " cleaning".
Those items are " normal wear and tear".
Any apartment owner and manager would know, when a tennant moves into a unit, surely " they will walk on the carpet in their apartment", thus- it is normal wear and tear.

We got back out of a $700.00 deposit, $401.00
Now lets talk about how quiet the Gardens are:
On the corner of R street and 17th street there is a concrete company.
Dust fly's everywhere no matter what. Speeders' can you say accidents'
We saw many accidents, roll over, and smashing though the fence across the street many many times.
Speeders going in access of 40 MPH in a 25 MPH zone.
There are disabled people who live at the Gardens, and these speeders... it was too much.
No, the gardens are not a quiet complex.
Neighbors all the time are playing loud BOOM BOOM BOOM CHABOOM music from their cars, so no one can rest.
I do not recommend ANYONE to move in here.
This is not healthy, and if you have any breathing issues, dont even think about moving in.

Simply put, it stinks.
All though they say they have a hot tub.., well.. the hot tub was rarely cleaned, and it looked unsafe. OH" we have free cable TV " what a crock.
Cable TV even FREE cable tv is not a viable reason to move in.
