I have lived here for 2 1/2 yrs. When I moved in, it was clean, well kept and NICE! Over the last year (since Kim has been here), I have watched it decline to garbage. Kids almost get hit w/cars and the mgr puts her foot down... for a day. I can hear every move my neighbors upstairs make They've had me up in the middle of the night twice this week), there is garbage everywhere, parking is a serious issue, maintenance takes several days and if you leave a message, don't even think about getting a call back. VERY SAD! I loved this place!!
