Well, first off if you like loud hispanic music may i suggest moving near the ranch behind the appartments, The ranch may have nothing to do with the appartment byt they play very loud music at early hours, i had my door closed and windows shut and the music is still defening the police dont do much so on a hot summer night you just have to deal with it. Not to mention the 100000 or so flies that infest the whole complex from the ranch. There isn't much parking, only a hand full of parking spots, which causes poeple to park in your assined spot, my suggestion is white shoe polish and mark the violators car windows thats the only way to keep them out of your spot unless they park behind you causeing you to be late for work which has happened to me on 3 occasions, it is a safe complex and have never had my car stolen, but i can see kids smoking weed near the tennis course on a nightly basis
