The office used to be a nice friendly place, the manager was polite and as efficent as the owners allowed her to be. However, she retired and the new manager is anything BUT nice, I no longer reccomend living here. As an added issue, parking is a total nightmare, not nearly enough spaces and little is done when someone takes your assigned space. Also there is a fair sized population of loud, obnoxious skate boarding kids who are allowed to scream and throw balls at the buildings, often until late into the night.In my opnion , it is no longer a "nice" complex, and certainly not worth the rental rates.
