This place suks! The garbage compactor is always full and stinks. The parking is extremely limited and inadequate. The pool is dirty and closed, the ball court is destroyed, the manager is rude, the assistant is brainless, the maintenance supervisor is a drunk, and the maintenance assistant is nosy. The owner either dosent care or is being led down a rosie path. If you are a trailer trash slob then you might find this place just peachy keen and perfect for you.

Gentry Walk is approximately 15 years old and 6 months is not a very long sample time. Kudos on having a good experience so far. That is not the norm however. Apartment living? What people expect is responsible and conscientous neighbors, respectful and expeditious management. Most residents DO mind about their parking location. Maintenance does NOT always respond within 24 hours like they preach. The office is NOT always open like you indicate. You have just been very fortunate and lucky. Perhaps you would like to join me on a trip to the casino?

Lets go! (BTW - I walk away with 50% of your winnings) I am different than most people - I don't expect much from people (especially neighbors). Most people don't truly understand what being a Property Manager entails. It is VERY HARD, STRESSFUL work. I know, it's what I have done for many years. I give the benefit of the doubt to Gentry Walk, you know why? Because out of the HUNDREDS of communities I have shopped, worked for, or been "lucky" enough to manage I have seen the WORST of the worst and I have seen the best of the best. Gentry Walk really is decent. I could go ON and ON about places that were worse I guess I am lucky because things are still fine and I signed another lease. I am a bit upset that the pool is still closed but I'm no republican - I don't expect the world to revolve around me. (I'm not saying you are republican or that you think the world revolves around you by the way, I'm simply making a personal statement.)
