The office staff was average. They were nice when we moved in and I really never dealt with them other than moving out. The maintenace man Cliff is awesome, however, unless you plan to be around mon. - fri. during work hours don't expect anything to be done. If something breaks(non-emergency) then you will have to take an afternoon off to wait for him to do it since he doesn't work on weekends. My apartment was clean but everything was old...appliances were lousy and unreliable. The carpet was new and nice but the kitchen floor was terrible with gouges and stains. Bathrooms were ok. It's mainly Japanese college kids living here, and they were more than respectful. I never had noise complaints or problems with people partying. However I lived in the G building, and can't speak for the others....I'm sure there are problem areas somewhere in these apartments. Price is a big concern as you pay quite a bit and get really no luxuries. The pool is a typical dirty outdoor apartment pool that I would never swim in and the workout room has only a treadmill and a all in one machine deal that doesn't work well at all. Now the parking here -AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!. Hands down the worst apartments I've ever seen for parking. There are only a couple very small sections for guests so my one spot I was assigned almost always had a car in it. I paid for an undercover spot which is a must if you live here. My roomate had her truck towed one night here because someone parked in her spot and so she took a fire lane. If there is one reason not to move here it's the parking, I could go on for days but you get the idea. All in all Gentry walk is over priced, has terrible parking and old cheap appliances. I would not reccommend living here.
