Its for my daughter who is going to Green River, and I moved her out cause I got her a much nicer place for less money. The bad part was how they Lie, Cheat, and Steal money from people when it comes to your deposit. I had the place cleaned by minute maids after moving all the furniture out, and they not only kept all of the deposit, but charged me as well. I had seen the place before turning in the keys, and it looked just as good, if not better than when my daughter moved in. They will rip you off, Unless you want to spend hours reporting them to the State Attorney General. Ive heard traffic in the area is getting really bad as well, and the Staff are all very RUDE and Snotty! Much better deals elsewhere.

The managemnt company that staffs that place is the one that insist on withholding as much of the deposit as possible even if it comes down to lieing, cheating, and stealing. They are the ones that set all the rules and the owner never knows half of what is going on until it is too late.

The management co is not the managers at Gentry Walk. It is the company that runs the place for the owner. The Resident Manager and Staff at Gentry Walk are caught inbetween the fee company that works for the owner. They do not set the rules. We also do not get anything fix (such as inprovement in the grounds from the owner). Broken fences, awful court area. Hot tub taken from us. Exercise equipement not replaced, etc. I could go on forever. The owner needs to take back the responsibility or get a new fee company to help the Resident Manager get the inprovements accomplish at Gentry Walk! The Resident Manager can only do what the fee company allows them to do. We have a great Resident Manager!
