I lived there for two years and I would have to say there is a lot of people that walk around saying incoherant things. The carpet is from the 70's, as well as stove, and fridge. My car window was busted, the ignition had been bent by a screwdriver and CD player destroyed. I also had to have a ceiling leak repaired in my bedroom. The sink faucet as well as bathtub always would drip and was annoying because it is right next to the bedroom.
