I recently wrote a review for Mallard Pointe Apartments. I would like to add two comments:

1) If you are thinking about renting, please check the window sills for mold. We have so much mold in our apartment that I don't know if anything can be done about it.

2) If you are thinking about renting a bottom floor apartment, you will become quite aquainted with ants. I have had my apartment sprayed 3 times by an exterminator and the problem still persists. I have found ants in the kitchen, entry, bathroom and closets.
