I've lived here for 6 years. I live on the first floor, and I've never really had any problems with ants. Mold on the other hand, there's some of it in my showers, but isn't hard to get rid of. Just need to nip it in the bud right when you first see it. Management, is sometimes a pain in the butt. The cabana attendants at night, are very very nice. The ladies that work in the day, aren't. One of them seems like she hates her job, and everyone in the community, while the other doesn't seem to care about any of the residents.
Yes its true that there are Mental Patients living in the apts, but i visit the Cabana almost every night, and have never had any problems with them. They aren't living there to do anything to you. So who cares' Half the time they dont even come outside. The apartments are really nice on the inside, the only concern i have is the tissue paper walls. You can hear whatever your neighbor is doing. Walking, taking showers, using the bathroom, or even making love. But what can you expect, this place is over ten years old' another problem is the dog poop. You can hardly ever avoid when you're walking on the grass. they're muddy as it is from the rain!
Even after some of the problems this complex has, i still enjoy leaving here. and dont want to leave!
