Management consistently disappoints. When people call to get things fixed they say they will take care of it, and tenants have to keep hounding them to fix it right. It don't think the indoor recreation equipment is safely maintained. I feel bad for the girls that work in the office at night because they get most of the complaints when it's not their fault. Some of my neighbors who have moved out complain of being taken to the cleaners on move out charges. In my belief, I just can't understand how office workers here can do so much financial damage to innocent people and then go home and feel good about themselves and what they do for a living' I think if it was me I'd rather wash dishes for a restaurant and go home with my integrity at night.

Hey get on apartmentratings.com get on over to reading some of the 95 reviews at Colony At Bear Creek In Redmond, WA. That place is a Horizon Community too. This is the same corporate at Colony that you are dealing with here. The tenants there have some creative ideas for getting legal help. It's a good read over there, go see.
