I just moved into Mallard Pointe a few months ago, but I have to say I am really happy here so far. I love this apartment. The layout is great, we have tons of room and a lot of light. I do wish there was more closet space here, but that is my only complaint. Every person I have had come over has commented on how nice it is. It just feels very warm and inviting. You get an assigned parking spot, and all of the office staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't pay too much attention but have noticed they do a lot of activities for the people that live here. I like my neighbors too. The few people I have met have been here a long time which says a lot. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Maintenance has been handled in a timely manner also which is good. I have lived in a lot of apts in the area, and this is by far my favorite. :)

Do you enjoy the Seattle Mental Health patients that live there on housing contracts or the numerous section 8s? Or how bout the many meth addicts living there? Geez sounds like management is writing their own reviews again. maallen53

Hey maallen53- I keep to myself, but have to admit, I've never met a Seattle Mental Health patient or meth addict at Mallard Pointe. I'm not sure where these comments come from. You make this place sound ghetto; I don't get that feeling at all. What I do see: kids running around playing at the basketball court. A neighbor who thanks me for being courteous. I find it funny that you accuse "Very Happy" of being management. I think "Very Happy" had a fair description of the place. I'd be more prone to accuse you of being a bitter and irresponsible tenant. I have to admit that management doesn't like me very much (on a personal level.) But they do treat me professionally and give me the same rights as all the other residents. I feel safe here. I have lived places where I couldn't say that.
