We have lived here almost a year and have been very happy. Management has been very easy to work with. They are friendly and fast to act on requests. The maintenance is very good. The grounds are kept clean and the few times we have had an issue with something such as a bathroom fan or toilet, they were there immediately and took care of it. I would recommend the Palermo apts to anyone.
