I have lived here for a year and will be signing a lease for another year. I've lived in quite a few apartment complexes over the years and Palermo has been one of the best. Of course, it really does depend on your neighbors!! I have been fortunate to have good ones. I've heard others around here that I would have a hard time living in close proximity to and would definitely be turning in noise complaints. I have a dog and it's a great place for her. There is an enclosed exercise/play area...lots of places to walk, and other dogs to play with. Being right next door to great shopping and restaurants is a great plus...and a big park across the street is a huge bonus. Easy access to the freeways...Parking is awesome!

Don't believe the BS that is written in this review. The place is a true rip off. The rent is advertised as less than $1000 and then you get a water bill for $100. This water bill is to be paid to the apartment complex not the utility company. So your rent is actually $100 more
