I lived here from Oct 2006 to April 2008 and for the price it wasnt that bad. Only thing I didnt care for was the thin walls as everytime my kids stepped on the floor it shook my downstairs neighbors ceiling!. Maintenance was good about getting things fixed asap. I didn't care for the late night mexican parties and people cutting through the parking lot to park in the duplexes behind the apt complex but they have since put a fence up and stopped that. They have recently remodeled the apts including apt sized stacker washer/dryers but that means they upped the price. Its also under new management as of 2008. The area is ok but wouldn't go out after dark. :) While I was renting 2 bedroom it was $700 but then they added a 'utility fee' of $42.00 even though at the time there was no washer/dryers in units, only the laundry room which they have since taken out. I'm not sure how the new management is but hopefully they will cut down on the parties.
