I pay for the 2 bedroom apartment. its HUGE
The bedroom I sleep in is nearly sound proof. I cannot even hear someone knocking on my door. The living room is another matter. The walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors drumsticks clicking while playing his xbox 360 rockband. Most of my neighbors smoke so sometimes opening the window tends to get a good breath of fresh second hand smoke. I haven't had any problems with Roaches, but some of my friends who live in different parts of the apartment complex have complained about it. However when there is a complaint they spray within a month the whole complex. (not all the apartments have the in-apartment laundry machine) The bedrooms are reasonable 15x15 size rooms and the living room is huge. The new laundry facility is nice, all new super efficient side loaders for a reasonable $1.25 a load. They also added a light workout room and tanning bed.
If you get cable internet from Comcast, we have really super fast speeds, comparable to business class speeds due to the size of the cable line coming into the complex.
Small park across the street but 21st street is kind of a busy 35mph road, and also police drive down our road quite fast. The complex is pretty safe, and now gated, but I wouldn't go walking down the road south of here at night. Bus stop fairly close. And is one of the later running ones. There is a fairly good representation of police in the neighborhood. They are quick to respond to any complaint. There are 4 schools and 3 large churches and a retirement center within a mile of the complex.
The building itself were built in the 70s and poorly wired. I pop breakers all the time due to 2 bedrooms and both bathrooms off the same exact breaker. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
