Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
I lived there in 2005, and the guy downstairs would complain that my coffee grounds were coming thru his sink. First, GROSS!! Second... i never drink coffee. Jeff, the "wonderboy of a landlord" (gag me) gave me a warning. But when he delivered it, he told me i was one of his best tennents. What the hell' Then the neighbor decided he was in love with me, and thank to doors with no deadbolt/ chain lock he KEPT BREAKING IN. The windows didnt have locks either! This was a good starter apartment, price/location wise. Off the street, quiet, lots of parking. Otherwise, no way.
