I have lived in the Sherwood Garden Apartments for a year now. I have found it to be a really great place to live. Besides the prices, which are great for the quality, services and location, the apartment management staff is of exceptional ability.

I have lived in very high end locations as well as a private home, I have a good base from which to judge. I find that Sherwood Gardens has a wonderful mix of all ages in the residents, you feel like you are living in a true community. The monthly community nights are a great help in getting to know your neighbors and promotes good communication and interaction. I carefully researched the area prior to moving into this complex, including calling the local police, and found favorable reviews. I even spoke to residents. I am very happy I chose Sherwood Gardens and the residents that I am acquainted with feel the same.

The administration staff of the complex is highly reliable and is very strict about residents maintaining appropriate behavior - as well as the law! Any problems are addressed immediately, usually within the half hour! Nuisance noise is low and inappropriate behavior is totally NOT tolerated. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely fashion. In fact, my rating of the administration is very high. I feel safe and very comfortable in my home ? at all hours of the day. Crime is very low. Children play freely and in safety.

Without reservation I fully recommend the Auburn, WA Sherwood Garden apartments. They are in a great central location with the prices, administration, safety, and family value community at its best. The administration is of the highest integrity, something that is quite rare to find. The only down side I can comment on is the occasional traffic jam when a concert at the White River amphitheatre occurs. But, everyone in Auburn grumbles over that!
