I have lived at Sundancer for 10 years. I think it is a great place to live. They have had about 4 sets of managers (always married couples) in the time I have been here and there have only been 1 set I haven't cared for but they are long gone. The managers now are quite reasonable,nice & frindly.

The place is quiet and the rent doesn't go up much.

One minor complaint is that the entry way is not cleaned much and gets very grimy. Alos, there is ALOT of car theft & (car) breakins in this area. I have never had a problem with it myself until the last 6 months. If you park in well lit areas, don't keep stuff in the car & use a club or something, you should be fine.

I do highly recommend Sundancer Apts. There is a reason why I have lived here so long.

Well this is the thing . If you have to use a club or keep ur values out of the car and have to park in a well lit area..that's not a place to live sorry . The Staff really needs to work on alot of things. I would say they are desprete for people to move in just to fill there vacant apartments
