We had managers who had been here for years that left last year and it shows that they were good and now are gone, since then its been nothing but new managers in and out and nothing but problems.

The landscaping has gone down hill, weeds everywere. Used to be nice and maintained by the old managers. I could always count on my broken things getting fixed in my apartments in a timely manor. Not anymore.

I only stay because the rent is cheap I hope they find some good managers soon. I think they are trying a little but have not had good luck obviously since there have been like 4 SETS since the good ones left.

I have to agree with what this person has just posted. The place is falling apart and isn't very clean anymore. We have some storm damage from lat winter that has nevber been fixed. The parking spots are so pooly marked that you often come home & someone is in your spot. The once friendly managers are gone and the current ones don't really interact with anyone. If you have to talk to them you get a look like you are bothering them. I used to love living at Sundancer and have been here for years, but I'm even starting to consider moving...
