they go through managers like underwear, the walls are super thin, apartments are really small and arent worth paying that much for that small of an apartment. they are bringing their prices up from $595 for a 1 bedroom to $650 and $825 for a 2 bedroom, there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers for a 20 unit building, the dryers take over an hour to dry. and they are bringing up the prices of the washer and dryers from $1 each to $1.25 for wash and $1.50 for dry. Plus Marilyn, the president of Crowne property management, is very rude and unkind. not worth it if you ask me... x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

actually I'm a resident here too and Amanda was fired for that reason, on her last day off, she was told she was fired for taking too many days off, I actually liked amanda and the old manager before her, the older lady. Plus the fact, metacom, is that its your opinion about her being fired to mine, so i guess we're agreeing to disagree.....

I agree with everything written here except the reason they fired the manager. She moved in as a couple and her husband left her soon after they moved in. She had to leave, since they want a couple as managers, not a single person. I know she had personal problems, but she was a terrible, useless manager - the wost we've had here in my opinion and I was glad when she left. She was not fired because she took 3 days off. The sign on her door that said she was taking "a few days off" was on her door for 2 weeks anyway, as she sat around on her patio smoking cigarettes. She may have been "working" and just not taken down the sign for 2 weeks, I don't know. Anyway - Good riddance to her. I had a chat with the apt. owner (not the management company) and he told me that since the economy is good, they are having a terrible time finding good managers here. Since it's a smaller complex, they don't have enough $$ to pay really well. Most of the good managers we've lost here left because of the $$. I also agree that James and Kristen were excellent managers. Just so you know, I am just a resident here, but I just wanted to correct some wrong stuff I was reading.
