Everything about Tall Pines is terrible. There is NO such thing as matinence. we've had our sink overflow twice because of nasty pipes, flies are drawn to the stagnant brown disgusting water, the grounds are atrocious, and there is no parking to be found. If you do drive, you are at serious risk of hitting a child. cars speed down the street like its a raceway. no one watches their kids and the people are rude and uncaring as to weather or not they keep you up all night stomping on the floor above which sounds like its about to give out! cheap it is, and cheap is what you get.
