Good luck breaking the lease. The Seasons is all for regulations. There is one regulation you could probably use. It is about living in a clean and safe enviroment. I don't know the reg number. Be careful if you do move out. They have a clause in the lease aggrement that states anyone who previously lived in the apartment is responsible for the rent even if someone else moves in. My daughter was taken off the lease and is now in collections for rent because the person who lived there moved out and they couldn't get ahold of him. The cockroaches are probably coming from your neighbors. Simple bug spray wont kill them. The apartment needs to be fumigated. Charlie wont help, she is useless. She is never busy just afraid to talk face to face with anyone. Contact the health department. Best of luck to you.

We were told at six months we could get out of the lease no problem so long as we pay one months rent, so hopefully it will work. I will be contacting the health department because its disgusting to live here. I had people who wanted to move into these apartments and it would of helped them with business, but now I directed them elsewhere. Sorry to hear your daughter is going thru all that

I'm kind of at a loss for words in my response as I have so much to say. It's quite sad because The Seasons could and should have been a very nice place to reside. It became kind of impossible when they moved so many displaced families there and in turn they brought cockroaches along with. I have lived where there were roaches before and like the other person stated, it takes more then a can of bug spray to get rid of them. There's no way HNN is going to pay for exterminators. Also the office staff (majority of them) are so unprofessional. I wish the owners of the property would come and do random checks anonymously. They should pretend they want to rent an apt there and deal with the staff. They would then understand where we are all coming from. I recently moved from there and have yet to get my 14day notice of my charges owed and deposit. I already know I am going to have to take them to court. It's rather sad that such a beautiful, brand new complex has gone down the tubes so quickly. I plan on driving thru there in a couple yrs and I'll bet you anything it will literally be the "ghetto."
