If you don't mind problems with theft, bad weather proofing, gang graffiti, Domestic fights, bad management (bad attitudes, they will call you a liar to your face), poor maintenance, and high rent, then this is the place for you!!

The building is the oldest in the neighborhood, yet the landlord (from Canada) insists on being priced at least 25 bucks above all of the other buildings in the area. There is moss, and mold growing on the outsides of the building. You can see the earthquake damage on a couple of buildings.

The units are not weather proof, I had to buy a door sweep to close the 1 inch gap under my front door. For a 1 bedroom unit my heating bill in the winter averages 95.00 per month. There is very little parking, and when there is, it is not well lit, so people use this place as a parts yard, and steal things from your car at night. There are constantly people drinking, and partying out in the parking lots, with their children none the less.

Unless you are absolutely desperate in every way, look for other places to live. I think they probably provide better accommodations at the local homeless shelter.

THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR FAMILIES!!!!! BAD ENVIRONMENT FOR KIDS BY FAR!!!
