The first review you see about this complex is probably fake or written by a delusional person. We do not recommend this place to anyone.
The price is too high for what it is (unless you get a low income housing assistance).
The location is horrible; it is in the middle of no where, yet surprisingly gets busy and noisy. The stores and restaurants nearby are overpriced and mediocre at best.
The parking is a total nightmare. There are no assigned parking for the apartment tenants.
The public transportation does not work here, so you need to have a car or rely on rip-off Bainbridge taxi service.
If you are also not part of a "community" or "church", they will ostracize you and treat you like a garbage and a total outsider. The demographic of the tenants has also degraded over the years and now it looks like a public housing. The owner of this complex has a deep ancestral roots in the area and practically owns everything in the block (they also own South Bainbridge Water System). The management does not respond to tenants' maintenance requests or any other inquiries (whether you are moving in or out) and they love to play a dead beat. They are very reserved, unfriendly, mean, unprofessional, lazy, and racist. We used to joke that they are MIA (missing in action).
Just keep looking and try renting in the Winslow area if you have to be in Bainbridge.
