I am not sure why First Place and Devonwood are grouped together - First place and devonwood are two different properties, but are sister properties none the less. DEVonwood is the college version of First place. PArties and young kids having noisy anoying fun First Place is an amazing, quiet and safe place for a family to raise their children.
