Very High Move-out charges - Don't rent if you can avoid it.. - They have decent apartments, but it is a pain getting anything done with them. For anything and even rent payment - you have to call their 'Customer Care Center' in Virginia - the local staff is powerless. We just moved out, and they charged us $1500 (!) in move out charges - most of it coming from carpet stains (resulting from the snow week) that was only localized to one place. ...Full review of Avalon Bellevue

Worst Experience Ever! Very Rude Staff! - I just want people to know that I have lived at 989 for almost a year now and have had the WORST experience renting in my life. Mostly due to the incredibly rude and very very disrespectful office staff.. especially the concierge. On numerous occations when trying to speak to the manager I was "shushed" in the middle of my sentance by the concierge (not going to mention names) which in ...Full review of 989 Elements

Do not live at AMLI - We moved to Amli in Bellevue in September and cannot wait to get out. Here are the recent highlights: 1. The front door in ----- building has been broken twice in the last 3 months. The management's solution: leave it open during the day, jeopardizing the security of residents and vehicles in the garage, and lock in dead during the evening hours, so the only way into the building ...Full review of AMLI at Bellevue Park

Long winded review of a pretty good apartment - Review updated one time! I've been at KR for over a year. About us: We're on the ground floor, on the side away from the baseball field. We have one reserved parking space, and that is all we need. Unreserved spots nearby are often full at night, but there are usually empty spots near the office. Noise - noise levels have been really good with respect to neighbouring ...Full review of Kelsey Ridge Apartments

Good place to live - My husband and I have lived here for about 6 months and overall it's been a good experience. The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and nice to deal with. The fact that the office is open all weekend is very convenient. The neighbors are nice and are good about picking up after their dogs. The parking is ample, not to mention there is also close street parking that is free and ...Full review of Somerset Green Townhomes

The Better Place To Live - We lived in 12 Central Square for four years and on this July we extended our lease, because this apartments complex has been the best place to live. I know the residents who have lived in our apartments more then 20 years and they are happy. pros and cons - We moved from Timberwood apartments in Bellevue into Factoria Firs because the latter had these qualities:
lots of storage: an entry way closet, bedroom closets in each bedroom, a linen closet, a closet off the deck, two pantries in addition to the kitchen cabinets. The atrium (the small room attached to the master bedroom) is like a second walk in closet; we use ours as an ...Full review of Factoria Firs

an apartment close to my heart. - i lived here for a year and a half and was very sad when i had to leave. (needed to upgrade to more space than just a studio apartment.) the staff was friendly and greeted me by name and asked me how my dogs were doing in a manner that showed they cared every time i saw them. whatever maintenance problems occurred they were quick to fix and very friendly about it. i never heard any noise through ...Full review of Excalibur Apartments
