The very best place.

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1998
Of all the places I've lived over the years this complex was THE BEST! Well kept grounds and responsive maintenance staff. Two hot tubs (one at pool area, one seculded in another courtyard). Excellent location and delightful cosmopolitan mix of residents from around the world (tended toward the "older" group). Only moved on because of marriage and house purchase. I truly enjoyed me stay there.
Only concern over time: it is built on old wet land area that is settling.
