I have lived at Twelve central Square for 5 years. The property is well maintaned and the staff is very helpful. The manager (Starla) told me some people get on here and complain. I have no complaints. The grounds are beautiful and the rents are reasonable.I think all those complaining likley left there apartment in an unsatisfactory condition and have an axe to grind. Check out the property for yourself. Bitter unhappy people are the ones you will find complaining. It's like most things in life, the people who complain generaly do not compliment. I'm a property manager for another community and chose to live at Twelve central Square. I know that nearly 99 percent of those complaining are unhappy for the following reasons: The apartment was left filthy and they were charged to restore it. They broke their lease and are unhappy about paying the liquedated fee. Or they were just not responsible residents. I take pictures of all move outs. I know (Starla) the manager at Twelve Central Square does as well. And 99 percent of those complaining left their apartments nasty. There are Pictures and bills on file to back up any dispute. As a manager myself I welcome anyone to view these pictures and documented damages. We do not make money off residents. What we charge, we pay vendors to restore. Also I have never had any security issues. However I also realize crime has no address. I love it at Twelve Central Square and have no desire to live at any other community.

How about the managers not bothering to tell me before I rented that the post office on other side of 12th St. runs 24/7 all you hear at 3 or 4 in the morning is the clanging and banging of trucks, doors, dolly's etc.. I believe that is pretty decietful and grounds for breaking the lease.
