Keith and Laura have lived at 12 central for 5 wonderful years when Starla came on board the complexe became what is now known as the best place to live in Downtown Bellevue it is a very well maintained apt homes and a place Keith and I loved to bring our friends to. I can not say enough great things about Starla but to say she is on top of everything. We will miss 12 Central but we need a one bedroom and they do not have one, otherwise we would still be there.
Thank you staff for 5 wonderful years you will be missed.
