We've lived there for a little over a year. The property is nice, the maintenance staff responds quickly, and the office staff are helpful. It's a very quiet building with a lot of older residents.
A complaint about the property - they are constantly inconveniencing residents with property maintenance stuff. Tree trimming, power-washing,etc.
Also, the "secure garage" gates are open all of the time. THey are definitely not secure.
My main issue is that TCS passes off it's maintenance costs to it's residents. Not only are you required to dryclean your carpets and blinds prior to moving out (and potentially paint). Also, they will charge you to upgrade your appliances for a fee each month - no you don't get to take the appliances once you leave.

I Commend TCS for all their hard work and keepin' the property looking it's best! Powerwashing,Landscaping and Property Maintenance are necessary upkeep and are done during reasonable hours. I do not consider this an inconvenience,it's what it takes to make the property look great! I do not notice the so-called inconveniences, because I'm at work like most people. When I see the gates open, people are moving in or out, besides there is no such thing as "secure garage" in this day and age. People need to be responsible and take the necessary precautions along with what the property provides. Finally, it's common sense you clean up after yourself,upon move-out. I've been here 5 years and still lovin' it! To the Staff . . . Keep up the great work.

INCONVENIENCE??? Since when is great work silent. I've seen many places that are run down, and I bet its real quiet there. Put in some ear plugs, because most people would rather endure some noise rather than live in a SILENT run down community! Maintenance costs??? Leave your apartment in good condition, if not you should pay. Appliances??? Mine all work and if I wanted new just for the heck of it, then I'm sure that would increase my rent...common sense stuff.
