Good place to live

I have lived here for a year and there are pros and cons in this place.
Pros:
- It's very convenient to go anywhere since it's located in downtown Bellevue (2 blocks away from Bellevue Square, close to grocery, post office across the street).
- This area is very quiet at night.
- You get one free parking inside a fenced garage controlled by a remote.
- Quite spacious apartment (1000 square foot)
- The garden is really well maintained and they are clean
- Staff are friendly and helpful
Cons:
- I lived on the 1st floor and the back door is not fenced like 2nd floor patio. (People can glance through as they walk by, and just doesn't give you a secure feeling)
- Pool is not well maintained. A bit dirty.
- Again, I live on the 1st floor, everytime they clean the cement ground using those machine blowers, it will get through your window, since the windows are not high.
- Parking for visitors are sometimes a pain during weekend or night. They have limited visitor parking spot, unless you ask for reserved parking permission (I think you have to pay for this)
- You have to walk all the way (or through elevator) to the garage to throw garbage. They don't have any garbage chute.
