Wow, is it just me or do you notice the stilted positive reviews' The management has some kind of positive review campaign going here. I lived here a while back and am motivated enough to come back and put my review back - which was removed earlier because I was more specific than saying "management" (go figure).

The apartments are a dump sorely in need of updates. The "management" is a nightmare, and in contrast, the maintenance staff awesome. Here's my point by point review:

- Leaky ceilings. We had two leaks in a period of 17 months. Once the elderly lady upstairs didn't realize somthing was overflowing. The "management" actually foisted the damage on us when we moved out!!

- Ancient appliances
- The garage needed a power wash like 10 years ago
- Rip off job for cleaning charges during move out. And we're kinda clean freaks. I'd like to see a cleaner apartment in the community!
- No modern fire alarm system. There was a fire in a building adjacent to ours which pretty much burned half the building.
- The "management" is the rudest and most scheming I ever saw. (as you can see from the "positive" reviews).

I'd say stay miles away from this one. Location is not the domain of this complex -there are many better choices in downtown Bellevue. We lived there for 8 years maybe.

I look at these reviews every once in awhile. I worked and lived there about 4 years ago. I loved it and had no problems of any kind. We bought a house or would have stayed there. This person (or persons) must be REALLY REALLY BORED to put this much energy into false and lenghthy dribble. Check out the property and management for yourself. You will find out why this property maintains its residents. By the way the so called "KInda clean freaks" KINDA is the key word. Kinda does not mean clean its like do you KINDA do your job or KINDA pay your bills or KINDA take responsibility for your actions? I KINDA don't think so!

Get a life...for real. I worked there for a few years and this complainer is like 1 out of 204. So leadfoot you are the b-yatch, and if so bad you are 8 years STUPID and counting.
