It's Good Here - I was surprised to find some negative reviews. My experience has been outstanding. I have a west-facing top-floor apt that gets very warm when the sun is out. No parking, appliances are terrible - First off parking here is terrible, drive by here at night and you will see there are no open spots. So don't plan on having anyone over to visit you.
