This building looks very nice (on the outside)and has incredible views of Mt. Rainer (at least until the new building comes up). And thats where the compliments stop. The units are very small is this "23 storied high-rise luxury apartment." Your gonna feel as if all your stuff is crammed into a small space and your not gonna have any room to walk around. The floor plans are ridiculous, they're oddly shaped and look rather funny. Unless you have a 2 bedroom your gonna hate your tiny apt. The staff here prides itself on customer service but its more like phony service. They tell you that they offer all these great amenities but they actually offer really nothing. And don't even get me started on the concierge service. They're the "concierge" so they're suppose to be knowledgeable and help you find stuff or what not, but everytime I ask them a question they always and I mean always answer with an "I don't know." They're also are very fake. They smile at you when their staff or other people are around but they don't say anything when nobodys around. They also smile and if you turn around they give you this dirty look, like they look down on you. Also the leasing people can't answer any questions for you either and they will almost never solve your problem if you have one. And the maintenance crew looks like a bunch of ex-convicts. The service is not even the worse part when it comes to this crappy building. It's all the construction they have going on! They moved everybody into one building and now they started building a second building just 5 feet away! I mean that is messed up. They didn't even tell me that they were going to build a second building until the day that I moved in. I mean the construction is really really really really bad!!!!!!! First off, they have SCAB workers working on that building, enough said. Scab workers are non-union workers that basically work for bottom dollar. They look like they were all standing outside a Home Depot before they came to work. Every morning or even evenings when you drive in the garage you have to pray and I mean pray you don't get into an accident. The corners in the garage are horrible and then you have these over bearing construction workers who don't have respect for anything, speeding around the corners. I myself have almost been hit at least 20 times. One time this car came within 2 inches of my drivers side door. You go tell the staff and they say, "Oh we can't do anything about it." The construction starts around 6am and doesn't stop until about 5pm or so. So if you work at night and sleep during the day, good luck. Also the building is very poorly maintain. Its always dirty, especially the elevators. The garbages are always over flowing and the security is a joke. This is a very nice building on the outside, but please beware. Like the saying goes, don't judge a book on it's cover. So before you shell out $1400 a month for 600 sq ft, think twice.

Gosh, seriously... i just moved out of there last month and my stress level went down soo much. One more thing too, when the "owners" did the walk through the apts. (they left a note on each door to warn everyone) and I declined that they enter my apartment because it is my right i thought.. they told me that i had no choice and they would enter it whether i liked it or not!!! Yes, this so called "luxury" was a joke.
