Too Expensive with Too Many Move-Out Fees!

I found my move-out experience to be extremely awful. The business manager is unorganized and uncommunicative, especially in regards to fees and policies. She is unpleasant when a problem arises and does not seem to understand or relay information to her staff. I've never had such a negative (and expensive) move-out experience in my 12 years of renting.

Parking is $100/month in addition to rent (last I checked) and there is a ridiculous (non-functioning) system of registering visiting vehicles. There are 3 unregistered visitor parking spaces outside... which is why I gave parking one star. The garage is well lit and provides ample parking.

I didn't mind the super small space, and I'm a very low maintenance tenant. The construction of the building is incredible and the interior experience is very quiet.

I had a different experience, but similar in it's frustration level. The building is alright, but just the whole experience with the company from the moment that they weren't making money off of me left me scratching my head it was so schizophrenic. Plus they pocketed my deposit with a bunch of BS fees that didn't make sense. I'm not going to do business with them again...yeesh!

we just moved out of the place in June and it was certainly pleasant. my hubby & I cleaned up the place before we left and we were only charged the carpet cleaning fees of $55 which i find reasonable. but its the forever increasing utility bills that was exasperating! It has been increasing every month since the change of the provider. In April, it was $56... May was $75 and $84 for the month of June!
