We moved here a year ago, with lots of promises and no follow throughs. First of all we have been locked out of the building on several occasions because of the malfuncting security system. Also the elevators are tied into this system so when the system doesn't work the elevators don't work as well or they just need to work on them, try walking up 18 flights of stairs. When the power flickers, you loose your heat and hot water until the system resets. Since I have lived here three peaople in the office have quit. There is no compensations for any maintenance problem here and you're lucky to get one of the pedofile maintenance guys to fix something within a week. The building is very poorly maintained and managed even poorer, read the other reviews, most everything that everyone has said is true. The construction next door is a joke and they failed to mention anything about it when we moved in. BE AWARE!
