This place may look nice from the outside but take it from all the other people that have lived here and me. This place is a joke. The leasing people are stupid, they can never answer any of you questions. When I moved in a year ago, I was told that there was going to be restaurants, shops and even a club built downstairs and here we are a year later, NOTHING except a spa, that sucks. And when I moved in, the leasing office failed to tell me about the construction going on right across from the building. Its really gotten out of control. They speed right though the garage without a care in the world, the walk around knowing your driving right behind them but still don't move, I mean what can you expect when you scab workers building directly across from you. The rent is out of control high and this building isn't even part of downtown bellevue, its part of Ashwood. You have to pay $100 for a secured parking spot, but its no different from parking on the street since the gate is constantly broken. The rent and utilities is way to high, I moved in thinking my rent my going to be 1200.00 but I guess with everything they charge you, I've ended up paying close to 1500.00
(ouch) and I don;t even get a balcony. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, LIVING HERE IS NO BETTER THEN LIVING IN AN APARTMENT COSTING LESS THEN 700.00.

Whoa, who wrote this? This post is exactly how I feel. I didn't write this but it sure sounds like what I would write. This building is really that bad and more. The main problem with this building really is poor poor poor management and even a worse staff. Please stay away if you are smart.
