Concierge Service, or lack thereof

One of the factors inducing me to move to 989 was the promise of efficient concierge service from 6AM to midnight.It did not happen. Some time ago an annoucement was posted, promoting an employee to Manager, Concierge staff. It lead me to believe that in future there might be more than one concierge at least some more hours on duty. That did ot happen either.
I am very disappointed, particularly that managment seem not to give a damn. The entire staff now working in the building are efficientand always friendly and helpful. Too bad that there seem to be nothing they can do about making management of 989 to listen to complaints.
