Careful-Beware of Poor and Dishonest Management, Increasing Bill Prices

Don't be fooled by the artsy exterior and decorations. On the outside, 989 seems and looks like a nice and fun apartment to live in, but it is not worth it. Stay aware! Since I've moved in, my bills have increased in prices almost every month. Last month, they said trash service just increased by $10-$13. My sewer bill is over $50 so my total water bill is over $150 a month. Each month it just keeps getting higher. I've talked to the apt manager about this, and he told me there is nothing he can do. He told me I had to call the billing people. I called them, and they told me they are in charge of billing me, and that they are not the water provider. They told me that I needed to talk to my apt. complex. Nobody there seems to want to explain to me why my water bill keeps getting higher when I don't even use a lot of it. I've never had a water bill over $50 before until I came to 989. Also, the apt complex does not pay for any of the utilities so be sure to tack on about $200 every month on top of the rental price they quote you.
I am so glad to be moving out soon. My lease is almost up, and 989 keeps sending me letters asking me to renew my lease for the current price that I am paying. That is shady and dishonest. Any person can tell that 989 has lowered the price since last year so why would I want to renew my lease with them on the old price. They try to scam you hoping that you are stupid and have not been researching the rental prices lately. They don't even tell me that the prices have been reduced and that I can renew my lease at a lower price. No wonder people are leaving left and right. If you look on Craigslist, there are soooo many postings from 989.
I don't want anyone to be stuck in a year lease with 989 so I'm telling you to stay away from this place unless you want to fork up about $175-$200 extra on utilies alone. Parking fee is $100 a month extra.

I agree with this. ALL of the properties managed by Pinnacle have poor management. They still owe me about $134,000 in damages and attorney's fees. Pinnacle is about the worst management company out there. Until they pay for my damages I will not have a good opinion about them. Stan, you should keep your people in check better!!
