When my husband and I came to live here, we first noticed that it was a newer and modern building. All the facilities in the building/apartment are in great condition, built to minimize noise both from outside and from surrounding apartments. We also have enjoyed the a/c in this hot summer.

Management and maintenance crew are very friendly. In the past, they have listened to any issues I ve had with the apartment/parking and worked to solve them.

We love the location with many things to do within a walking distance.
