Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Heating is not good .Either rooms get very hot or get cold. Expensive apartments, for what they offer . Second room is too small .I didn't like the Floor plan .I have forgotten in my two years that balcony exists , as it was so dirty.

Location is good , especially for people working in microsoft .
