Nice place, but with room to improve

The Carlton Place appartments are a nice place to live. It's close to Microsoft, supermarket, the lighting and the big window in the dining area are very nice, and the floorplans are quite adequate (although the second bdrm is a little small). The windows insulation is a big problem - very poor, in some parts of the year we have to dry them almost every day, and the location of the washer/drier unit (in the kitchen) is very bad.
