I have lived there for a year and recently find a decent apartment and moved out. Balconies are complete useless (watch out the ceiling in the balcony), very old appliances, very old apartment, it is cold in the winter because of the poor insulation. Management consist of bunch of liers. Nowadays, they are trying to change the apartment's name, probably to get rid of bad fame.
When you try to move out, they will find tons of ridiculous damage items to rip you off as much as they can.

Never do the same mistake I did. Pay 50 bucks more and get a better apartment.
