I just moved out of Carlton Place/Adagio just a few months ago. I lived there for over a year or so, and I felt soooo discriminated against. I once felt good about living there because of the wonderful office staff and maintenance guys. It wasn't until the beginning of this summer of 2003, a new "Blonde B**tch" they called the manager took over and made the place go to hell!!! Not only did she rip the damn fitness center out and closed the club house which I used all the time, she doesn't act like she could give a damn on when it'll be open or care about problems in the apartments. She got rid of the wonderful staff too that created a good feeling to wanting to live here!! What kind of manager would replace people who did their job and cared for us renters!!! I'm not only talking about the office but the maintenance guys too!! And if you feel like living in India and Mexico, dealing with constant contruction noise while guys walking in and out of your apartment trying to fix stuff, and hearing loud music going through the driveway, while your neighbors are walking around like some elephant heard, and notices of rent be raised over $50 every time your lease expires, go ahead and move right in. You'll feel quite at home!! Where ever those wonderful people that the new blonde headed manager booted out went, I'm right behind you!!
