No Facilities, Broken dryers, moldy windows, worn out carbinets

I am hoping to move out of this place asap but my lease is still not up yet but I highly encourage anyone who wants to live there think about it again.
Lots of promises but nothing really happened.
Was told we will get new carbinets when we moved in...never.
Was told the old single pane windows will be replaced to cut down our heating bill...never done.
Was told they are getting new gym equipment...they took away all the old ones...and almost 1 yr already...no sight of those equipments.
Was told they will fix the dryers problem b/c it takes like 6 hrs to dry a few t-shirt for so call energy saving model which is noisy like broken muffler.....the promise never come true.
Don't be fooled by the outside maintenance that they were trying to fix...it looks fancy only on the outside may be for the A-E building. Chk out from F to Z you will see how bad the maintenace of this apartment.
