Rude and dishonest management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   When I and 2 friends of mine moved in a year back, we were promised washers and dryers within 2 weeks. They took 4 months to come, and since the lease made no mention of them, the management did not care. On the other hand, if you pay the rent a single day late, they charge you 50 dollars - with no second chance. Double standards' Yeah, I sure think so. The apartments themselves are nice, but it's the sort of people that run Adagio that make you want to go buy your own home instead. Their maintenance crew is actually helpful and prompt, but I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
