Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
We lived there for only 3 months, keeping the apartment clean without cooking, pets, furniture except beds. After our leaving, they charge us over $600 including $100 key replacement, $100 not staying there for over 6 months, $160 for cleaning blinds, others for paiting and cleaning. We returned our keys before our leaving; we have the agreement with the renter that we will only stay there for 3 months without penalty; we never hammered anything or leaf anything on the wall; we cleaned the whole apartment carefully just before our leaving.
What can we say'
Just never never choose that apartment!!!!
