You should get everything in writing because of these management folks are dishonest & dirty folks especially Jason.

I have had nothing but good luck working with Jason he's been my assistance manager and manager spanning two complexes and went out of his way to insure my wife son and I had a place to live. The management are some of the cleanest and most honest people I have ever met
